WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
There is a 14 day cool off period before installation takes place there will be no charges if the order is cancelled within this time no returns are accepted after installation unless the product is faulty at which point it would be replaced under the terms of the warranty.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
For each product you purchase you will receive a gift card for £70 off an annual service for that product
IS THERE ANY WARRANTY
You will receive a 2 year workmanship warranty that is also covered by IBG (Insurance Backed Guarantee) in addition to standard manufacturing warranties for the specific product.

INSTALLATION POLICY
How It Works
Following your order you will be contacted by our pre installation team who will arrange your free site survey and produce your official proposal and order forms they will explain all your estimated energy savings over the telephone and organise the installation for you.
This gives you a point of contact for any further queries you may have either before or after installation.
